Return

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Video Recording for Proof of Parcel Condition:

To enhance transparency and streamline the return process, we offer the option for customers to record a video while opening the parcel to provide proof of its condition. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The video recording is for the sole purpose of demonstrating the condition of the received parcel upon opening.
The video should clearly show the unopened and sealed parcel before proceeding to its unpacking.
Only the parcel’s condition and contents should be recorded; any personal information, including addresses or order details, should be carefully avoided during recording.
The video should be submitted within 1day of receiving the parcel.
This recording is optional, and customers who choose not to record a video are still eligible for our standard return and refund process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
